DEAZESU Electromagnetic Water Meter

DEAZESU electromagnetic water meters are designed to meet the precise trade measurement and settlement needs of water supply companies. They feature ultra-high accuracy, ultra-wide range, ultra-low starting flow, and zero pressure loss. These meters are the best choice for measuring large water users, non-residential user trade settlements, and district metering areas (DMA), helping water supply companies improve water recovery rates, reduce leakage rates, and decrease non-revenue water.

The electromagnetic water meter operates based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a fluid with certain electrical conductivity flows through the measuring pipe section, it cuts through magnetic lines of force and induces an electromotive force (E). The electromotive force E is proportional to the product of the magnetic flux density (B), the inner diameter of the measuring pipe (d), and the average flow velocity (V). The converter amplifies and processes the electromotive force E (flow signal) and converts it into a flow value, which is displayed via the display unit. Two-way communication with reading devices is achieved through communication modules (such as 4G LTE CAT.1 or NB-IoT).

Due to the measurement principle of the electromagnetic water meter and the absence of moving internal parts, long-term operation will not cause wear and resulting water volume loss.

Data is collected directly and can be read in real-time via 4G LTE CAT.1 or NB-IoT or RS-485, including instant flow and cumulative flow stored in memory.

Pressure sensor (optional) can be directly installed on the water meter. Data can be displayed on the meter screen and also uploaded via 4G LTE CAT.1, NB-IoT, or RS-485 communication methods.
